Visit Woodridge Forest During the Life in Bloom Spring Home Tour

Homebuyers looking for a new home in the Porter area should skip over to Woodridge Forest from April 21 to May 20 to visit professionally decorated model homes filled with design ideas and to learn of limited-time builder promotions. The Life in Bloom Spring Home Tour offers buyers an opportunity to explore six well-appointed model homes, as well as the generous slate of amenities found within the Kingwood-area master-planned community. Models will be open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free. "Visitors to Woodridge Forest are going to find everything they want in a new home located in one of Houston's best-known communities," said Harry Masterson, founding principal of Concourse Development, developer of Woodridge Forest. "Our family of builders is not only showcasing their incredible range of home designs and hot interior design trends, they are also offering limited-time incentives for new home buyers." Builders Chesmar Homes, Gehan Homes, Saratoga Homes and Westin Homes will be offering up to $10,000 in special home tour incentives to buyers who purchase a new home by May 20. New homes range from $200,000 to $600,000. In addition to the designer homes available for viewing during the Life in Bloom Spring Home Tour, the community will also be celebrating the opening of the Woodridge Forest trail connecting the community with the Kingwood Services association. The opening of the trail will be celebrated during the Woodridge Forest Woodstock Fest on April 2. The fest will feature live music by Jaime Casco, shopping by more than 35 local vendors, sweet and savory treats from food vendors, and craft beer with be available for purchase from Spindletap brewery.
