What do you get when you make the move to Woodridge Forest? A lot of great things, but one of the greatest is your “K” sticker, entitling you to access all of the exceptional amenities of the Kingwood Service Association (KSA).

Residents of Woodridge Forest are automatically members of KSA, a non-profit corporation that provides for the community, civic and social welfare of the Kingwood area and promotes the health and welfare of the Kingwood area residents.

Practically, that means Woodridge Forest homeowners access to all of the amenities in all of the participating Kingwood villages, including pools, parks, trails, lakes and sports fields.

How many pools? Seventeen. How many parks? Five. How many miles of trails? Seventy-five — which are easily accessed from Woodridge Forest via our new trail connection.

Hit the tennis courts at Deer Ridge Park. Drop a line and see if the fish are biting at River Grove Park or East End Park. Avid hikers will appreciate the natural wooded splendor of Creekwood Nature Park. Swim all over Kingwood. With so much to do, you’ll never get bored!

The “K” sticker is for your car, but you also will receive wristbands for the whole family allowing you access to the pools. It’s a major perk of living in Woodridge Forest.

But wait — there’s more. As one of the youngest communities in the Kingwood area, we offer the most modern amenities including a resort-style pool with waterfalls and shade areas in Woodridge Forest. You also will enjoy a community center, paved hike-and-bike trails, and lakes for fishing, as well as a playground and splash park for the kids.

With all you get, the question isn’t “Should we move?” It’s “When do we move — to Woodridge Forest.”
