The Women’s Council of Realtors Lake Houston mixed, mingled and raised more than $500 for charity in Woodridge Forest last month.

The final networking event of 2017 was hosted at the Saratoga Homes model, where guests were invited to “Mix, Mingle and Giveback.” In addition to holiday warmth and good cheer, the Realtors raised much-needed money for Family Promise of Lake Houston, an organization that provides programs and services that address the causes of homelessness and helps families get back on their feet.

A highlight of the evening was a surprise $500 donation made by Saratoga Homes to the charity. The check was presented to Carole Brady, the executive director of Family Promise of Lake Houston.

It was a fun evening that brought real estate professionals and the general community together in for holiday festivities and good will, which perfectly complements the hometown ambiance found in Woodridge Forest.
